At Rose Branche, each item is made on demand after your order is placed. Please allow time for both production and shipping.
Order Processing & Production
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Since our products are made on demand, production may take several business days before the order is shipped.
During busy periods, limited drops, holidays, or high-demand periods, production times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Free shipping is available on orders $80+. To qualify, the order subtotal must be $80 or more before taxes and shipping fees.
Shipping Times
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on production, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, destination, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Rose Branche is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Rose Branche is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, building management, neighbors, or household members.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alikenanguldali@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been shipped.
